NuRSING COORDINATOR -
Full Time LPN Position in Asa's Neighborhood, Memory Care
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Direct Care Staff Supervision
- Nurse Schedule
- Audit of Resident Records/Physician Orders
- Process Physician Orders
- Assessment and treatment of Resident Care Needs
- Tasks assigned by Director of Asa's Neighborhood or Administrator
- On-Call weekly rotating with Managers
- Payroll
Qualifications:
- Current License for License Practical Nurse
- One Year Clinical Experience in Long Term Care, Dementia experience preferred
- Organizational, Leadership and Communication Proficiency Skills
- Proven ability and desire to work effectively with the elderly
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Current CPR certificate
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Search
- Availability on weekends as needed
- Reliable and Self-Motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
